RepetAI Terms of Use

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the RepetAI service (the "Service") for recording online lessons and automatically generating homework assignments.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Agreement
- You agree to comply with its terms
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
2. Service Description
RepetAI provides the following features:
- Automatic bot connection to Zoom meetings
- Audio recording of online lessons
- AI-powered speech transcription
- Generation of personalized homework based on lesson content
- Student information management
Important: The bot joins online meetings as a visible participant named "RepetAI Bot".
3. Registration and Account
3.1 Account Creation
- A Telegram account is required to use the Service
- You agree to provide accurate information
- One user may have only one account
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account
- Report unauthorized access immediately
4. Service Use
4.1 Permitted Use
- Recording your own lessons with students
- Generating homework for educational purposes
- Storing student information for tutoring activities
4.2 Prohibited Use
Prohibited:
- Recording meetings without consent of all participants
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Distributing recordings to third parties without participant consent
- Using the Service for mass mailing or spam
- Attempting unauthorized access to the system
- Copying, modifying, or distributing our software
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Rights
- All rights to the Service, including code, design, logos belong to RepetAI
- You receive a limited license to use the Service
5.2 Your Rights
- You retain rights to content you create (student information, notes)
- We receive the right to process your data to provide the Service
- Audio recordings are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within no more than 7 days after processing
5.3 Safeguards
The Service provides transparency:
- The bot is present as a visible meeting participant
- Recording indicators are available to all participants
- Participants can see the "RepetAI Bot" in the participant list
6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Pricing
- Weekly and monthly subscriptions are available
- Prices are displayed in the bot
- We reserve the right to change prices with user notification
6.2 Payment
- Payment is made through YooKassa
- Subscription is activated automatically after payment confirmation
- Auto-renewal is not provided - manual renewal required
6.3 Refunds
- Refunds are possible within 3 days of payment
- If you have used the Service (recorded meetings), refunds are not provided
- Contact support to request a refund
7. Meeting Recording and Participant Consent
IMPORTANT: You agree to:
- Obtain explicit consent from all meeting participants for recording
- Inform participants about the purpose of recording
- Comply with applicable privacy and recording laws
Service Safeguards: RepetAI provides visible bot participation and recording indicators to support transparency.
RepetAI is not responsible for unlawful recordings made by users. Users bear full responsibility for obtaining necessary consents.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted 24/7 operation
- 100% accuracy of transcription and homework generation
- Data preservation in case of technical failures
We are not liable for:
- Data loss due to user actions
- Losses related to using or inability to use the Service
- Actions of third parties (Zoom, Telegram, payment systems)
9. Privacy
Your data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination of Use
10.1 Your Initiative
- You can delete your account anytime through the bot settings
- Upon deletion, all data will be permanently deleted
- No refunds for unused subscription period
10.2 Our Initiative
We may block accounts in case of:
- Violation of Agreement terms
- Fraud or illegal actions
- Complaints from other users
11. Changes to Agreement
- We may update this Agreement
- You will be notified of significant changes
- Continued use of the Service means acceptance of new terms
12. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by applicable international and local laws
- Disputes are resolved through negotiations or legal procedures
